We were vacationing in Istanbul when unfortunately I broke my foot and suddenly I needed a wheelchair. Moor Mobility went above and beyond to explain all the options and help us choose the right one. We weren't sure how long we'd need it since we were trying to return early, and they were very flexible with the rental period. Friendly, Helpful and accommodating, I highly recommend them.

A wonderful experience in every sense of the word with a wheelchair rental company in Turkey. From the speed of communication and response, to the ease and smoothness of the service, their excellent prices, and even the quality and cleanliness of the chairs (the electric wheelchair's battery lasts a long time and is easy to fold and fit into a taxi)—everything was top-notch.
The staff was professional and understanding of all our needs.
I thank them very much for making our visit to Turkey with an elderly person with mobility difficulties more comfortable and easy, and they helped us a lot with our transportation.
I highly recommend dealing with them to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient, and worry-free rental service.

The service of this company is 10/10. I requested their services late in the evening and got a response straight away, the next morning they arrived. First they helped to pick the right equipment. And for an extra fee, they deliver and pick up the wheelchair from your hotel, whenever convenient. It was a great experience for us. Highly recommended.

Perfect service, totally professional. Good quality of the chairs in the shop. My daugther used one and they offered us to return the chair at the hotel reception because it was Sunday and we were leaving to the airport the day after. I highly recomnend this service. Perfect service, totally professional. Good quality of the chairs in the shop. My daugther used one and they offered us to return the chair at the hotel reception because it was Sunday and we were leaving to the airport the day after. I highly recomnend this service. We were very satisfied and enjoyed in Istanbul with the chair.

Good sturdy vehicle.
However it is advisable that one should recharge fully for 4 to 5 hours before going on long trip.

One of the best places to rent wheelchairs/ mobility scooters in Istanbul. I connected with them over what's app and Musa helped me select a mobility scooter for our guests who were travelling through Turkey. Not only was he quick to reply, but he was kind and extremely helpful. You need to connect with a person like that when you are looking for mobility assistance vehicles. He made the reservations for us quickly on what's app and the guests paid when they recieved the scooter. There was a small hiccup where the battery was discharged and the vehicle stopped but their team is extremely helpful. In 10 mins, the problem was solved and the user were back to exploring Istanbul. If you are ever thinking of visiting Istanbul and have limited mobility, do not hesitate to reach out to them. They are great at what they do!

We got a mobility scooter for my dad who finds walking difficult, particularly with Istanbul hilly streets… this really made our holiday. We were able to enjoy the city as a family with peace of mind and even managed traveled to other places like Bursa with it. Without it my dad wouldn’t have enjoyed his trip at all. The team were amazing, helpful and super flexible with extensions. I defo recommend using them if you have mobility issues. Such heroes. Thank you so much for being amazing.
