We were vacationing in Istanbul when unfortunately I broke my foot and suddenly I needed a wheelchair. Moor Mobility went above and beyond to explain all the options and help us choose the right one. From the speed of communication and response, to the ease and smoothness of the service, their excellent prices, and even the quality and cleanliness of the chairs (the electric wheelchair's battery lasts a long time and is easy to fold and fit into a taxi)—everything was top-notch.
The staff was professional and understanding of all our needs.
I thank them very much for making our visit to Turkey with an elderly person with mobility difficulties more comfortable and easy, and they helped us a lot with our transportation.

One of the best places to rent wheelchairs/ mobility scooters in Istanbul. I connected with them over what's app and Musa helped me select a mobility scooter for our guests who were travelling through Turkey. Not only was he quick to reply, but he was kind and extremely helpful. You need to connect with a person like that when you are looking for mobility assistance vehicles. He made the reservations for us quickly on what's app and the guests paid when they recieved the scooter. There was a small hiccup where the battery was discharged and the vehicle stopped but their team is extremely helpful. In 10 mins, the problem was solved and the user were back to exploring Istanbul. If you are ever thinking of visiting Istanbul and have limited mobility, do not hesitate to reach out to them. They are great at what they do!

He made the reservations for us quickly on what's app and the guests paid when they recieved the scooter. There was a small hiccup where the battery was discharged and the vehicle stopped but their team is extremely helpful. In 10 mins, the problem was solved and the user were back to exploring Istanbul. If you are ever thinking of visiting Istanbul and have limited mobility, do not hesitate to reach out to them. They are great at what they do!

We couldn't survive without it. Istanbul is hilly, with cobblestone street, and walking for someone with a handicap is challenging. The scooter we rented handled both hills and cobblestone superbly. In addition, the company delivered and picked up the scooter to our airbnb.

We got a mobility scooter for my dad who finds walking difficult, particularly with Istanbul hilly streets… this really made our holiday.
