We were vacationing in Istanbul when unfortunately I broke my foot and suddenly I needed a wheelchair. Moor Mobility went above and beyond to explain all the options and help us choose the right one. We weren't sure how long we'd need it since we were trying to return early, and they were very flexible with the rental period. Friendly, Helpful and accommodating, I highly recommend them.

A wonderful experience in every sense of the word with a wheelchair rental company in Turkey. From the speed of communication and response, to the ease and smoothness of the service, their excellent prices, and even the quality and cleanliness of the chairs (the electric wheelchair's battery lasts a long time and is easy to fold and fit into a taxi)—everything was top-notch.
The staff was professional and understanding of all our needs.
I thank them very much for making our visit to Turkey with an elderly person with mobility difficulties more comfortable and easy, and they helped us a lot with our transportation.
I highly recommend dealing with them to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient, and worry-free rental service.

Top-notch service. I booked a wheelchair for my grandmother during her stay in Istanbul and I am completely satisfied. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and quick: precise information, photo of the model sent, immediate responses. The wheelchair was delivered directly to the hotel before our arrival, which made the organization considerably easier. Equipment in perfect condition, and consistent with the description. Serious, efficient, and trustworthy company. I recommend without hesitation.
